Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be 100% SUPER GIGIL about our products. Our exchange policy allows you 14 days from the date of your purchase to exchange your item or receive a store credit.
We don't cover the shipping costs so you will be responsible for paying your own shipping to exchange your item.
Shipping costs on orders are non-refundable.
Any custom charges/duty incurred will be deducted from the returned item.
If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please email us with your order number and we will let you know how to return your item.
All sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
If you are shipping an item over $50, we recommended adding tracking to your shipment and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not liable for any missing packages.
